Is this the correct id of this orchid?

    The label says C. Linda Sambolowski, but I cannot find that name. It clearly has Rhyncholaelia digbiana in his ancestry so maybe the name is written wrong.

    I checked for hybrids of Rl digbyana in OrchidWiz and didn't find any name that looked vaguely like what your label says.

    I found a name that comes close to your label, C. Linda Samborowski, but the photo with that name in Orchidwiz is a white classic Catt. NOT! I would also guess that there is some Schomburgkia in there (L. splendida, L. undulata or something like that) So I think you can ignore the tag, then look around for a photo. Good luck...

    Thanks for the help. I finally figured out what was the error. In my notes I had mixed up the name of the digbiana with an old white cattleya cross because I had photographed them one after the other. I will post the correct name for the hybrid later in the hybrid section.

    Most registered hybrids can be easily found on the Orchid Root pages, if the breeder bothered to register the hybrid. C. Linda Somborowski would be this:
