Is this orchid doing okay?

    IMG_1470.JPG IMG_1471.JPG IMG_1473.JPG I repotted my orchid and it looks very happy but there are roots coming out on top. I'm a novice and don't know if this will straighten itself out, or if I should do something about it. Attaching pictures and thank you in advance!
