Is this a Keiki?

    My phal had some issues and had some root die back and dehydrated well a few weeks ago (probably more like a month or 2 now) I noticed something trying to poke out from the stem. I thought it was a keiki because their isn't 2 leaves up from it but now that its growing it looks more like a flower stem. I havn't seen keikis forming only ones that have leafed out and that has been only online..

    It looks more like an inflorescence to me. Time will tell.
