    I found that some volumes (about 10 at this moment) of Luer's books are available at Biodiversity Library.

    If you want to download to your computer, archive.org is easier (this link). They have several formats, epub, pdf, kindle etc.

    In these two places, the naming isn't consistent. But there are vol. 1,2,3,5,24,28-32.

    Actually available volumes are 1-5 and 28-32 (no 24).
