How could we encourage more Cattleya posts...

Orchids Interactive is my home, and, being particularly fond of Cattleyas, I would love to encourage more Catt-related posts and pics here. So, if any of you get a chance to recruit more Cattleya/Laelia growers, please do so. And for those of you already here who are Cattleya growers, post more pics and info!!!

    End rant. :)

    Floof? meh...

I would like to make the exact same plea with the same wording, only substitute the word Cattleya with the word Angraecoids, thanks.

Exactly the attitude I'd like to overwhelm with people who appreciate them.

I've got David T.'s e-mail addy. Of course people drove him off the other forum. But, he's quite the cattleya alliance guru. Maybe he'll join here if persuaded.:D

Of course, I'm a cattleya fancier myself but I tend to own stinkin' hybrids. Maybe we need to create a cattleya alliance sub-forum. And a vanda sub-forum and a....LOL.

Chris, when you get a place where you can handle them, you may have all my Catts.
I'm getting tired of them and need more space anyway. I'd say I have roughly 120-150.
    Several are very, very large.

I say, no Paphs allowed. Go to slippertalk if you want to talk about those ugly things.

I'm all in favor for seeing more species Catts. (Can one person be "all in favor?" I dunno, but you get the drift.)

I must admit to growing one Phrag, but it was a gift. It's ok...for a houseplant. :poke:

I admit to having a few paphs, but I got them long ago when I didn't know any better. Damn things won't die.

oh come on, ease up. Paphs have feelings too.

Yeah, they're ugly but, you know...

We don't want to get all cliquey, do we?

There are a lot of botanicals being posted but that's cool, I can't grow, much less bloom most of what we see here. I like the diversity.

When my specie catts bloom, I'll post 'em, you can bet your ass on that.
