I love this species: upright spike, wonderful fragrance and big flowers. These images were taken in December last year and the plant is in spike again.

Looks gorgeous. Wish I would have a space to accomodate 3' tall plant.

Fantastic species. Mine is in spike now, and I'm wondering if any crosses have been made of it with stanhopeas?

    Thanks, friends.

Alexey, it isn't that big a plant. It is upright and doesn't tend to shade things, but not suitable if you are growing under lights.

Tennis, I just checked OrchidWiz (not the latest version) and it doesn't show any hybrids at all. I have just sowed this species crossed with a Paphinia neudeckeri but don't know if it is viable or not. I would guess they would be compatible.
