I/C/W grower. 2" flower. It normally is a late spring--early fall bloomer for me...those current flowers are from two unexpected new spikes.
*The plant photo is an old photo.

Tom - Nice growing. I have a HK that I've had from a seedling about 6 months now. It is a slow grower for sure. New roots but no other growths. Did yours take a long time to grow? I have them mounted and it's hard to fertilize mounted plants. It's just been getting regular water and in the summer I watered everyday, sometimes twice a day. They seem to drink it up. Now they are down in the basement under lights and getting watered twice a week.

When I got this plant, it was a three or four growth plant already. Now, it has seven growths. It is a slow grower like all other Holcoglossum species but once they grow to certain size(many years of cultivation), they will grow faster.
If you have trouble to fertilize your mounted plants, try to spray the fertilizer mix on the plants(leaves and roots) after watering. It is normally easier that way for indoor...
