Don't use too much. It's great on toast or sandwiches, especially with cheese. And beer of course.

You can put a few slices of tomato on it as well, We call this a Red Back
(Red Back = Black Widow Spider)

 

You can also drink a cup of used motor oil. It'll likely have the same effect on your central nervous system.

It is probably the tastiest substance ever invented. Except for beer.

 

We converted a guy from Oregon to its mild yeasty goodness while I was WA back in October, he loved it so much he started taking photo's of all the different jars.

 

I just hope Forrest has bought the real thing, and not one of those crap substitutes

 

Marmite is better. And it is yummy with bread and tomatoes.
