Help! Whats going woth my phal. Orchid roots!

And can you tell me wich ones the aerial roots? Sorry im a bot overeacting to problems

    Your potting medium is suffocating the roots.

    Orchids do much of their gas exchange through their roots, rather than leaves as do terrestrial plants, so your soppy moss is cutting off all air flow to them.

    I would say you really need to repot it. If you can find medium orchid bark that would be my choice. If you can't find bark, a good quality New Zealand moss would be another option. Clean off all of the old moss and cut off any roots that are soft and dried up. Be sure to use something like a new razor blade or a sterile cutting tool so you don't spread virus from another plant.

    Can i use a pruning saw? Also someone said i cant cut the air roots

    I did to it right now and i used tree barks i saw on a shop, i also put moss at the top for decoration its currently doing fine now!

    I think a pruning saw would be a bit overpowering. If the aerial roots are dry and shriveled you could cut them. Orchids rarely do anything quickly. They can rot in a very short period of time, but changes come about slowly.
