I recently picked this up from Andy’s Orchids in Leucadia, ca and it freely blooms thru out the year! It’s a tiny orchid but the bloom smells like honey.

Very nice, and the next one is already lining up. Though the kind of variegated plant in the background doesn't seem to be an orchid..

I noticed the plant in the background, too. What is it?

It’s a Scindapsus pictus. Sometimes called pothos but different genus.
