Growth on Roots

    Hi,

    I’ve observed a tiny growth on the roots of my orchid. My plant is in a clear glass pitcher, and the roots get plenty of indirect sunlight. The little bud is on the side that tends to get less sun though. Any idea what it is?

    Those look like small ferns that are sprouting on the roots.
