Just recently got into this genus and as with any obsession, purchased every species I could find for sale. LOL
I have eight species in my collection now and I wonder if there is sort of a general rule on the winter rest. Do all of them require lessening of water in the winter? Or should they be watered year-round?
    Thank you for any input.

They can be addictive. Many of them come from monsoon climates but I have always watered mine year round and they grow and bloom well. If you have access to OrchidWiz you could check Charlie Baker's culture sheets there or on line at Orchid Culture -- Charles and Margaret Baker.
