Checking out greenhouse and saw this on a Paph., never introduced him in there but here he is.

Anyone have any ideas as to what type? When he hopped away he had suction cup feet.

We have a few frog experts on this forum and they may be able to give you a definitive answer. However, to me it looks like the California tree frog. It's range includes your location. The literature says that their preferred habitat is granite boulders near water but what tree frog could pass up a lush greenhouse. You don't have to introduce little frogs into the greenhouse. If there is a drain, unscreened vent, opened door, etc, you can get frogs, lizards, snakes, etc. If they like it there they will take up residence. I remove the lizards and snakes but I like the frogs.
Here in northern CA I have the Pacific tree frog but that is not what you have photographed.

I know very little of California herps, but I think Kelly's ID looks correct. Without seeing more pictures, it will be hard to get something more definitive. If this species is anything like the rest of the genus, you may have a very loud greenhouse come spring.

We have them here in south Florida (Naples) as well. They are very cute and goods is right they are very loud but not unpleasant I rather like their calls.

We have these tiny half inch long dark brown to red dart type frogs all over the place and they make a tweet sound similar to a finch. I have a Zebra finch and she sounds very close to the frogs calls.
