    Rules: No midgets. Dwarfs are okay though. Ok... midgets are okay so long as they have American citizenship (questionable citizenship is okay). Only people within 1/1,173,139,200 light years of the Mason-Dixon line are eligible. You must understand the concept of quantum physics and have a personality greater than a walnut.
