Flickr: any plans for change in 2019?

    I've enjoyed sharing photos as well as the community on Flickr, but I'm not 100% convinced re: upgrading to Pro. They've raised their prices to $66 CAD, and the alternative free service is now limited to 1000 photos. I do recognize that they need to make a profit. Just wondering whether others here who use Flickr are considering continuing, upgrading, or finding a different provider.

    I was pretty disappointed by their change, too. After Smugmug acquired Flickr, they made a hopeful statement, but I'm not happy about the change. I liked Flickr because it is easy to release under Creative Commons License (so my photos can be easily piped to Wikimedia) and the community aspect. I'm going to evaluate alternatives. I'm thinking of going with Google/Blogger.
