    A Google search turned up a couple of possibilities. Briggs Hill Orchids and White Oak Orchids.

    DISCLAIMER - I never heard of either of these places before today. I have no idea about prices, plant size, quality, customer service, etc., etc., etc.

    Another option might be to email some of the more familiar species venders. Someone may have a few but not enough to list on their website.

    Try Exotic Orchids of Maui, they have had them at various times. Beautiful seed grown plants. Perhaps Cal Orchid, too.

    Also try Cal Orchids, they did have a bunch.
