    Nelson, E. acuminatum is a miniature and the flower is white, well, you have one of those, I believe. E. triflorum v. orientale is not a miniature--my plant is 8-10" tall overall. The long lasting flower of E. triflorum v. orientale is basically creamy white but with a little bit of creamy yellow on the petals and sepals and the lip/throat has more color(purple red).

    Marni, I have no clue why they call it triflorum, certainly it has more than three flowers.
