Epidendrum geminiflorum

    This came to me in trade from Spiro. I like it, Spiro. Thanks.

    Depending where you look this is or isn't considered synonymous with E. marsupiale.
    Kew shows both names as accepted species names.
    Swiss Orchid Foundation has lots of information for geminiflorum but zero hits for marsupiale.
    IOSPE shows geminiflorum as syn. to marsupiale.
    If anyone has any insight into the name I would be interested.

    I grow this bright, mounted on tree fern, daily summer water, intermediate to warm temperatures. It was a little slow to establish but has since been a fast grower.
