This rambling species can't decide if it has resupinate or non-resupinate flowers. It seems to have both on the same spike. The later photo of the spike is artificially oriented upright. In my greenhouse it hangs nearly horizontally. It has an amazing fragrance....it smells nearly identical to Neofinetia falcata.

It's very difficult to cultivate, in my opinion. But the fragrance is really amazing.

Very interesting encyclia! I like the stripes on the yellow background. Is our new friend correct? Is it difficult to grow? I would bet it is a lot like the other encyclias. What do you think William? Where did you get yours? Thanks for the replies!
