    sometimes things get misinterpreted. I felt like some thought I justified the seller. repetition is part of learning after all.

    That seller had no right at all to do what he did. Stealing someone else's photos for commercial application without permission is unethical and illegal, full stop.

    I bet Greg Smith is a common name. I think that until it's known for sure that the ebay seller gregjsmith is the same as the president of the Atlanta Orchid Society, some caution might be in order.

    Ebay's gregjsmith ships out of Lula GA. The AOS handbook lists a Gregory J Smith, Pres. Keikipro, LL.C., lives in Lula, GA and is a member of the Atlanta Orchid Society. I can't be sure that they are one in the same, but I've got a pretty good hunch. The orchid world is actually a very small place and a bad reputation is not far behind actions like this.

    Yep! That's him! He has made some racist comments previously, but I thought that was because he is a hick from N. Ga. He sells Keiki Pro, or is a representative for them, and also orchids. That is pretty bad to be president of a large group - the Atlanta Orchid gang is quite knowledgable and sophisticated - and to conduct himself in that manner.
