    Hello dear orchidsforum family :)

I am a newbie and I need your help. I have a Paphiopedilum for 4 months and the tips of the two leaves are dried out and turned brown. I thought maybe sunlight caused it and I changed its place. What might be the reason for that? I share some pictures of it.

Another question is that also the leaves of my dendrobium Sa-nook are turning yellow and one of them started to dry but only a particular area. What could be the reason? They both stay in the living room and they take sunlight behind blurry windows not directly. I also share some pictures of it.

Thank you in advance for your Help!

I cannot speak to the dendrobium, but in my experience, leaf tip dieback in paphs can be the result of one or more of several things: underwatering, overfeeding, and/or accumulation of mineral residues in the potting medium.
