Still a very small plant but has 4 buds/blooms. Intermediate, shady, moist. For scale, the pot is 1.75 inch outside diameter.

Well grown little thing! Flowers on my plant are quite short-living. Cultural issues or it is typical for this species?

I have very little experience with Dryadella so I can't say what the cultural issue may be, but my flowers seem to be fairly long lasting. They are still looking very fresh. I keep mine quite shady. Sorry I can't offer a solution.
