    There's a prickly devil!
My reaction would be to try to squash it.
Very bizarre but cool in a paganistic way.

That first image looks like a hybrid between a slug and a porcupine. Fabulous.

That first image is 21 frames. Shit, oh dear. I thought it would never end.

I used my 180 L glass macro for this one. It's too large for the MPE.

Oh..my..gosh! How long did it take to process 21 frames. I did 11 recently (didn't like the results, however) and it took forever. Great photos!!

Ann, it didn't take too long once I got the images converted to jpeg's in Capture One. Then I just loaded the photos into CZM and meandered off.

Thanks. I understand the meandering. Sitting watching the progress will drive you nuts! With all your mini orchid flowers you really NEEDED that lens.

Dale, how are you growing this species? I just recently got one and wanted to mount it. Is that how you grow it?

Whoa, you're quite the dedicated photog. I just don't have the know-how but I lurch onward;>

This one scares me. I think it would eat me if it could! But, I love it anyway.

    Excellent photos! Stunning!

I heard it's really tricky to get it to flower, well, at least mine doesn't. Under what kind of conditions do you keep it?

Mine grows and blooms well in IC conditions, bright shade, mounted, and constant moisture at the roots.
