Intermediate grower, 0.5" flower. Interesting plant even without the flowers.

Thanks. This is the species that got me into this genus...
Kermie, it isn't difficult either. I only took two photos.

What I want to know is why are yours so clean and mine are covered with algae? Do they dry completely between waterings?

Marni, I think it is because I don't fertilize Pleurothallids very much, so the algae don't grow that much on the leaves. The humidity in my growing area is about 75%-80% during the summer months then it drops down to mid 60 during the cooler months. Yours might be higher... I do let all my Dresslerella species dry out slightly(dry to touch) between waterings, under my condition, it is every other day year round. Air movement is pretty good.

Thanks, Tom. I may try moving mine where they get a bit less frequent watering. I do know that when the moss gets going they go down hill.

Beautiful plant. I have the same problem with algae on leafs. But I think its more or less impossible to get away from when growing in a humid greenhouse.
