    Dracula robledorum
    Authored by: Forrest Murray

Description: Named for Dr. Oscar Robledo. Dracula robledorum was classified in 1978. It's habitat is restricted to one area of the Western Cordillera of Colombia.

    Culture:

    Temps:
    - Summer: 56-85
    - Winter: 52-72

    Light: Bright shade

    Humidity: Always above 80%

Air circulation: Slight breeze, not always apparent in the foliage.

    Growing location: Greenhouse

    Water:
    - Frequency: Kept moist year round
    - Fertilizer & frequency: MSU fertilizer with RO water infrequently.
    - Dry rest: No

    Blooming season: various.

    Flower size: Large.

Plant size: Growths reach approximately 24cm for me.

Other firsthand observations: In my opinion this is one of the best of the genus. It is no harder to grow than most Dracula species. Take care to keep out of too much airflow as the buds will blast if they are in anything too strong. Good water seems to be important in order to keep the foliage clean looking.
