Dracula felix

    This poor plant has managed to survive my "learning period" and has finally bloomed. Hopefully, my culture is now good enough to allow the plant to overcome my initial mistakes.

    Aha! so this is how the blooms look like. I just posted a question if mine is getting ready to give me some blooms. It is my first Dracula and Ron-NY told me on another forum that they like high humidity and moisture so I water and mist mine almost everyday (it's growing in sphagnum moss) and put it in the shadiest corner of my room in humidity tray. So far I think it's content as I see spikes (which other members confirmed) and new growths. :)

    Since I started watering it at least once daily, per instructions from Harry at Andy's, the plant has grown better and bloomed. I look forward to seeing yours in bloom, Marissa.:)

    Is that all it takes, watering them more? Very nice!
