Didymoplexis pallens

    A leafless orchids. Found around bamboo thickets. We can only see them when they are in bloom. I don't think that it is easy to cultivate, as they live in symbiotic relationship with a kind of microorganisms live around bamboo.
    A friend sent me the picture and permit me to share here. This orchid is in blooming season now, and can be found easily around her place.
    I should check the bamboo thickets around here now.

    That is new to me. It is very sweet. How big is the flower?

    They are about 1 cm wide. And they only last for a day
