Dichaeas is one of my favourite genus and I grow about 10 different species of them. Dichaea glauca is one of the easiest of them. I grow it on the cooler side of intermediate with good air circulation and year round watering. Dichaeas in general hates to dry out completely, but D. glauca is one of the more drought tolerant one due to its more robust growth and thick roots.
    D. glauca is also one of the more light demanding species of Dichaea.
    D. glauca hails from Mexico and down south to Costa Rica and also some of the west Indian islands.

Beautiful plant, Mikael! I've long admired this genus but I think I'd rapidly kill one.

That is lovely! Mine struggles with the heat here. :) You clearly have the culture figured out as your leaves and flowers look perfect.
