    This species is widely distributed through the Himalayas, from north-west India through Nepal, Burma, Thailand, Vietnam to southern China. It occurs at altitudes of 300-1600m.

    The fragrant flowers are 5-6cm wide.

    Is this grown under the same conditions as your D. lamyaiae?

    Yes, but I give it less water during the winter than D. lamyaiae.
