My den. Pop Eye had a bud bloom today. I think the plant is peloric. The sepals appear to be mimicking the lip and there are other weird characteristics.

Den. Pop Eye is a somewhat common orchid in Thailand and much of SE Asia.

It is a registered den. with RHS.

I have attaches some pictures of my plant and the last picture is what the 'normal' Pop Eye should look like.

Please feel free to leave your comments. Thanks.

Sorry everyone. I made a big blunder! This plant is not peloric at all and is very 'normal'. The sepals on the bloom played a trick on me and opened up this morning, one day later. My mistake! I have added two more pics. I think the blooms are very nice.
