Anyone know of an affordable source for this one? I'd really like to find the blue form, but either would be nice.

Try J&L or Mountain Orchids, they're listed as photo credits on IOSPE

I've heard of $150+ for a division which is a bit pricey, so is say $50 or so. I could be totally off base though.

Some clones of D. delicatulum are cleistogamous, so make sure you're getting a clone that isn't. I had a yellow-flowered clone that was cleistogamous. I threw the damn thing in the garbage.

Dale, I'd read some of the white ones were. I didn't even realize there was a yellow flowered variety. IOPSE lists it as a warm-hot grower. Is that how you kept yours?

For $150, I would rather have a nice dinner...

I probably would pay $50 for a nice sized parvulum though. Den. delicatulum is an I/W grower. I used to have the alba form and it never did well for me uner the coolish condition. Good luck with your hunting and I would love to know the source if you ever find the parvulum.
Why not add Den. cyanocentrum to your list? It is a beatiful thing too.

Tom I was hoping you had it! I actually only came upon this plant through a frog forum where a member said J&L offered to sell him a division for $150. After a little search, it looks like a few people on here have it or had it, maybe someone will have a source.

This is my first time seeing the cyanocentrum, and yea, that one would be nice to find too...

I'll sell you a plant of delicatulum. Not going to happen in the next week or two, though. PM or email me.

Also looking for Cleisocentron gokusingii...I already have merrillianum but may be interested in another since mine isn't doing much. I don't check this board much, but can be reached at [email protected] if anyone can help me out. Thanks!

Dale, did your cleistogamous clone open the flowers at all? Mine had two buds, one is opening currently. Mine seems less opened than pictures I've seen, though I think it's only been trying to open for a few days.

Hey, Goods! Did you find Den. cyanocentrum yet? I will have a BS/NBS seedling, 5-6 growths available soon for $50(shipping included). It is the blue variety but it could be the white one too. I was told there was a mess-up on the tag.

Ok thanks! Well then hopefully I was just jumping the gun and my flowers will continue to open fully.

Tom, keep me updated! I definitely *want* it. I just need to make sure I can afford to get it before I commit. I personally think the white variety looks a bit nicer, but any blue flower is impressive.
