Dendrobium Haleahe Twist 'Spiker'

    This plant is a hybrid from northern Tropical Australia. It likes it here in South Florida. The weather is mostly the same. Except I must protect it at 50f or lower. It blooms frequently. When this plant gets large it can stay in spike or bloom. I had a 7 year record going until the dreaded spider mites a few years ago.

    What a terrible creature the spider mite. I like the canaliculatum looking flowers. Wish I had room for larger spatulata Dendrobium.
