    Dendrobium cuthbersonii ('Carousel' x 'Carnival') seedling. This is an example of what line breeding can do to influence flower form, which in this case has produced a nice large and flat flower. Hopefully it passes along those traits to its eventual progeny...

    That's pretty nice! Very much prefer these over the "wild type". I got a quick pick of one mine as a generational comparison. The larger one is 3cm

    It's great to see the direct comparison. Shows the benefits of line breeding for sure. Is this from one of your personal crosses?

    It isn't, it is from the last bit of seedlings from Golden Gate Orchids.
