is it growing fully in hydroton, and if so do you allow it to dry out in between waterings ?

Yes it is fully hydrotron, water almost everyday in summer, food weekly, rain water as often as possible, winter less water unless nature waters. The plant is fully rooted into pot.

Small hole in bottom of pot, water tends to flow freely but also tends toback up and flood the container but drains thru. I grow all potted orchids in hydrotron, it seems to grow roots better and healthier plants.

Very nice! I have one of these in my back yard. I'll have to check to see if it's in bloom.
