I've had good luck growing it in a plastic pot in sphagnum moss. That is until I had an invasion of rats about a year ago. They ate the whole thing. I was growing it with 56F nights and a friend who gave me the plant grow it under lights with Den cuthbertsonii in the low to mid 50's at night. He also had it in plastic in moss. Here is a great in situ photo that show the habitat.
