I was wondering how the In/Out Box works. What we had before allowed you a certain number of messages and then would reject any more if you were over the limit. There was the option to save selected messages as text.

This seems to be different. I was looking for an older message and find that it is gone. Do they expire after a certain time or a certain number.

    Thanks.

There is no limit to how many messages you can have. I'm not sure why a past conversation disappeared. It might have been an unfortunate side effect of the move to the new software that I did not catch.

Thanks, Brent. It happened about the time of the change over. Glad to know I don't have to clear things out.

For those who haven't looked at the Conversations page much, I just noticed there is a handy little tab at the bottom of the page "Conversation Display Options" that lets you see conversations from just one person. This is very nice software.

I don't see the "conversation Display Options" that Marni mentioned.
Can we delete the conversation/old PMs? Those conversations are private(can't be viewd by third party), right?

The Display Options is pretty subtle, but it is there. I'm putting a screen shot below and it in the center of the image. The other questions will have to be answered by Brent. I'm interested to know the answers too.

    Hi,

You should be able to delete conversations by using the "Leave Conversation" link in the top right corner of the conversation page.

No conversations are available to 3rd parties.
