Coelogyne intermedia

    Acquired two of these in a couple of years ago. Both put on new growth last year but didn't even try to bloom. Look good this year though. Coelogyne 3.jpg Coelogyne 1.jpg Coelogyne 2.jpg
    Don't know if I like the fragrance. Can be rather cloying. Like a strong daffodil.

    This looks to me to be Coelogyne Unchained Melody [Coel. cristata x Coel. flaccida]. This hybrid is often labelled incorrectly as Coel. Intermedia [Coel. cristata x Coel. tomentosa] but it does not show any influence of Coel. tomentosa.
