Has anybody mentioned two-buck Chuck (Charles Shaw)from Trader Joe's?

    Thanks friends.

Wow MJ. I didn't know they could grow those varietals in your neck of the woods.

Au Bon Climat makes a nice pinot. Pretty reasonably priced too as I recall but it might be a bit more than $20.

    Georgia wine would scare me.....

Eddie got it at $20 shipped to the house from Little Brothers. Damn good stuff.

Me, too. It's kinda like Bolivian caviar or Mongolian seafood.

It was mentioned early on, but when you are talking about good, cheap wine TJ's is worth mentioning again.

Thanks for the tip Clark. The one available here is the Knox vineyard - and over $45 a bottle.

I imagine it would. I don't think they sell boxed wine. There would be that whole Ohmygod, it's got a cork in it drama.

    :D

Ok, so at that risk of going 0 for 3 (sorry about the Gastro and Kefer comments), I recently had the Menage a Trois. Sadly it was not for me. I can see how this one can make a lot of people happy though. Nice big wine with lots of residual sugar and fruit. Very "Turley-esque".

    Next is a Rosenbloom cab

It took you two weeks to drink a bottle of wine?

Forrest, did you have to hold your nose to drink it? Got in a Rodney Strong Merlot from Napa Valley, tasty.
