Ceratostylis retisquama (rubra)

    Native to the Philippines. I tried to remove the plant from the metal rack to get a better photo and to see when/from whom it was purchased, but its roots are firmly wrapped around the rack.

    There's something fun about plants that sort of integrate themselves into their growing structures. Like when a climbing plant becomes established in the frame of the greenhouse etc.
