cattleya species stuff part 2

    Here the second wave of my cattleya (I will not use the other guarianthe name) skinneri's blooming.
    First is albascens, looks totally white but if I place plant in bright light here comes a tinge of lilac...thusly albascens. I shamed grower into confirming he used an albascens in the cross. He had it labeled alba....

    Second is skinneri 'Casa Luna' a dark and well known older clone

    The last is skinneri Danae, also an older clone.
    The first wave included Emi dorf, and Heiti Jacobs Fcc. some other baskets of skinneri are yet to be determined and a couple of pure alba's are in small bud.

    They are so beautiful. Almost makes me want another (warmer) greenhouse.
