    Bulbophyllum sp aff alsiosum

    Description: This member of the section sestochilus is a product of the Philippines, and was originally described in 1912.

    Culture:

    Temps:
    - Summer: 65-85
    - Winter: 57-80

    Light: Shade

    Humidity: Always above 80%

    Air circulation: Slight breeze

    Growing location: Greenhouse

    Water:
    - Frequency: Daily, year round
    - Fertilizer & frequency: 1/4 strength MSU daily
    - Dry rest: No

    Blooming season: Attached photograph was taken in Spring.

    Flower size: Flower is approximately 4cm tall.

    Plant size: Small plant. Pseudobulbs are roughly 3cm tall, with a 8cm leaf. It is a clumping bulbophyllum.

    Other firsthand observations: Easy to cultivate once established.
