I'm very excited for this flower, however, they are significantly smaller than I expected. The leaves are 17+ cm long (~ 7+ inches) while the flowers are only about 2 cm wide (less than an inch). Despite that, I love them, and there's even another flower spike forming. They've been open for about 24 hours, and there's no detectable fragrance yet.

I grow them with fairly constant moisture, medium humidity, intermediate temperatures, and low light (really: low light. The leaves started to spot like crazy when I gave them even slightly brighter light).
