This is a Bill Thoms' hybrid of Bulb (agastor 'Magnifico' CBR/AOS x Manchind 'Valrico Vixen' AM/AOS). It bloomed at a much, much smaller size than I expected, so that was nice. Grown in intermediate temperatures with bright light and medium watering.

Thats a cutie. How large is the plant? Also do you have a sense of how large it will be at maturity?

The plant leaves that are about 6 inches long on the pseudobulb that bloomed. Giving it's parentage, I assume it will become larger, but I'm not sure how much so.
