Bulbo longibrachiatum

    This species hails from China and Vietnam. When I received it it was labeled Bulbo purpureifolium but longibrachiatum is the accepted name.
    The flowers are a little over 1" long.

    The p-bulbs are 1.75-2" long spaced about 2 - 2.5 inches apart.

    It is not divisible at this time.

    NO!

    Karen...non fragrant as far as I could tell today. It has been in bloom for 1.5 weeks now. So the flowers are fairly long lasting

    1 1/2 weeks in bloom? Nice.

    I like this one, can you just imagine a specimen of this with tons of spikes? Very cool, thanks Ron.
