This really sucks. I will admit, though....... it was sunny and we had a snowbow 15 minutes later, but it was pretty scary there for a while.

That dog is trying to smell it's own butt.

So happy you had snow, Dale!

"So happy you had snow, Dale!"

Thanks. I'd be fine without it. Ski wienies are ecstatic, though.

    "why was it scary?"

Well, I didn't wanna get snowed in. It's all gone now. *genuflects*

We had 3" of rain yesterday with strong wind. There is heavy snow with chain requirements to our north, east and west.

Mrbreeze, I'll be Oklahoma next week ... Tulsa and Ponca City to visit my Dad and brother

Awesome! You'll love it here. California will seem soooo lame after you've been to Ponca.

Be careful driving in Tulsa. The roads are crap, and the drivers are worse. And the city has no place to store all their construction cones and barrels, so they just store them on the streets.

How'd the greenhouse fare? Any catastrophic losses?

The Princesses look totally baffled. Clarice looks like she's giving the flaky hitchhikers the evil eye and warning them to get off her back.

    Glad it didn't last long!

Clarice definitely didn't like the snow. She regarded each flake that landed on her as an attacker. I got a photo of them scampering back in the house, but they're pretty blurry.

Oh. I thought, since she IS a dog, she was just trying to sniff her own butt.

Generally, that (butt sniffing) is how dogs shake hands. I've trained The Princesses not to do that, though.

Actually Tulsa is quite a bit different in many ways from most of the rest of the state. And not always in a 'good' way. :p

Nice...I'm sure it was like a British accent, all elegant and cultured sounding, eh?

Yeah. Exactly. Except for the cultured and elegant and British part.
