I got this orchid two weeks ago and just noticed these black spots on the two bottom of 6 leaves. Do they need to be removed?

I've seen the AOS recommend 243mg aspirin per gallon of water used as preventative treatment, as well as hydrogen peroxide. I would try those before removing any leaves, but I'm also relatively new to growing orchids.

    First, welcome!

I'd suggest don't worry about it. As long as it doesn't spread, it's just old damage on an old leaf. Leave it alone, just watch that it is stable. Water in the morning so that leaves dry while the air is warm, and put it where it gets good air movement.
