Bl. Yellow Bird rescue

These bagged Better-Gro orchids from Lowe's are incredibly resilient. I rarely buy orchids from the big box stores (and I rarely buy hybrids), but three months ago I spotted this half-dead Bl. Yellow Bird on the shelf. Always one of my favorite Catt-type hybrids. Took it home for five bucks, potted it up, and it now has three new growths, a bunch of new roots, and two rapidly growing bloom sheaths inside mature existing growths. I think it must have been grateful.
