Hello, as it says on my profile I am a beginner carer for orchids and at the moment I have two plants.
I have noticed recently one of them has problem with the leaves. They turn brown and yellowish.
I have been watering it when it was neccessary and I have been keeping it from direct sun.
    Can someone help me?

First off, you are keeping it in far to bright light, take it out of the sun, the yellow and brown patches you are seeing looks like sunburn. I also see signs of stem and crown rot. Secondly how are you determining when to water?

I usually take a look of the roots. If they're white then I water it (so it depends once a week or maybe week and a half)
I usually soak it in another container which is filled with room temperature water and hold it for about 10 minutes. And then I let it drain.

I suspect that root system is in bad condition. The plant has lost its central growth front, and is now losing the leaves as well.

Do you have any advice on how to make it better?
Maybe repotting or getting rid of bad roots?

The first step would be to unpot the orchid and look at the root system, you can't fix something if you don't know what you're fixing.
