Huh, I thought I would jump in here! Practically the only books I read are from Ted Dekker! There has not been a single book by him that has not pulled my in and completely engrossed me in it. Ugh, he is so AWESOME!!!

I recently finished The Hunger Games trilogy, written by Suzanne Collins. I started the first one on a recommendation from a friend, even though I had my doubts that I would get into it. I read all three in a matter of days; they are nothing like I've ever read before, and I loved 'em.

Somebody on this thread recommended Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. I really liked that one, too.

I'm currently reading A Game of Thrones: A Song of Ice and Fire, by George R.R. Martin. It's in the fantasy genre, which is relatively new to me, and I'm enjoying it. Considering there are something like 6 books, and each is 700+ pages, this should keep me busy for a while.

I just read 'The Woodcutter' by Reginald Hill. One of the best books I've read in a long time but it started out kinda slow. Never heard of this author before but I'm definately goiing to read some more of his books. Has anyone read his books? If so, which ones did you like?
