Angulocaste Aurora 'Harford' (Ang. hohenlohii x Lyc. Auburn). I cannot take credit for the flowers as I purchased this plant at the Maryland Orchid Society Show yesterday. All three of the flowers have their flaws, but gorgeous nonetheless. I had one of these years ago and for some reason sold it, so I'm glad I was able to obtain another. It has a slight scent of pepper.

That is very interesting! I wouldn't have guessed you would be an Angulocaste aficianado.

Haha, yes Marni I love Lycaste and their hybrids. I have grown Lycaste for several years now on and off. They tend to take up a lot of valuable space, but are well worth it.
